About this website

Methodspire is operated by Itzhak Shaul, based in Israel. This website presents software development services, professional background, and independent demonstrations. Questions can be sent to itzhak@methodspire.com.

Inquiries and paid engagements

Sending a form, exchanging an initial email, or using a demonstration does not create a paid engagement or reserve availability. Project scope, pricing, payment milestones, acceptance criteria, intellectual property, confidentiality, data processing, and support are agreed in a separate written project agreement. Where work is contracted through a marketplace, the applicable marketplace agreement also governs that engagement.

There is no checkout or subscription purchase on this website. Fees, cancellation, refund arrangements, and any ongoing support are addressed in the agreement for the specific paid project. Website descriptions are general information rather than a guarantee of a particular outcome, deadline, or uninterrupted service.

Using demonstrations

Demonstrations are provided for evaluation using fictional records. They are self-initiated portfolio projects, not commissioned work for the companies behind the public briefs that inspired them. The shipping demonstration uses a simulator; it does not buy labels or create real shipments.

Use fictional data and non-sensitive images you are authorized to upload. Do not enter production credentials, real customer records, payment details, or regulated information. Demo records may change or become unavailable, and are not a backup or production business system.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another visitor’s workspace, bypass access controls, upload harmful or unlawful material, send spam, or disrupt the service. Security testing that could affect the site, other users, or service availability requires prior written authorization. To report a suspected vulnerability, email itzhak@methodspire.com with a description, without exposing other people’s data.

Content and third-party references

You may browse and evaluate the publicly available materials. Ownership of Methodspire materials and third-party names or assets remains with the relevant rights holders. Any transfer or license of deliverables for a paid engagement is specified separately in the project agreement.

Organizations named in the founder’s experience describe his previous employment or project background; they are not represented as current Methodspire clients or endorsements. Links to third-party sites are provided for context. Their content, availability, and terms are controlled by those services.

Privacy, accessibility, and changes

See the Privacy Policy for information handling and the Accessibility page for assistance. We may update the site and these terms; the date above identifies the current version. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or changes a separately agreed project contract.
