Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of the information this website uses, why it is used, and how to contact us about it.

Who to contact

This website is operated by Itzhak Shaul under the Methodspire name, based in Israel and working remotely with U.S. and international clients. Itzhak Shaul is the contact responsible for information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email itzhak@methodspire.com.

Project inquiries and email

When you send project details, we collect your name, email address, project description, and any optional budget or target date you provide. We also store a submission reference and timestamp to process the inquiry and avoid duplicate submissions. Emails sent directly to us include the content and attachments you choose to provide.

Providing information is voluntary; you are not legally required to submit it through this website. Name, email, and a project description are needed to process the form. Without sufficient contact details, we may be unable to respond. Budget and target date are optional.

We use these details to evaluate your request, communicate with you, prepare a proposal, and manage the resulting business correspondence. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical information, or confidential customer records through this form.

Demonstration workspaces

The interactive applications use fictional sample data. When you open a workspace, the website stores a random session identifier, the selected demonstration role, workflow changes, and any images you upload. These records enable you to try and revisit a workflow. Use fictional data and non-sensitive images only. Demonstration roles are selectable examples, not verified employee or supplier accounts.

Technical information and service providers

Hosting services receive technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and security or error logs. This is used to deliver the site, investigate failures, and protect it against abuse.

Website hosting, database, and file storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Business email uses Google Workspace. These providers process relevant information to supply their services. Information may be processed in Israel, the United States, or other countries where the providers operate. We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security.

Cookies and privacy choices

The website application does not include advertising pixels or marketing analytics. It does not sell inquiry information or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.

Storage used by the website application
ItemPurposeDuration / control
Demo session cookie
methodspire_demo
Keeps your requested demonstration workspace separate from other visitors.Up to seven days. Set when you open a demo; clearing site cookies removes this browser’s access.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the server-backed demos will not function normally without their session cookie. Before clearing cookies, you can use “Delete my workspace” in any demonstration to remove that workspace and its uploaded images from the live application. This also removes access to the other demos that share the workspace. Clearing cookies by itself does not delete server records. The hosting platform may additionally use service or security cookies under its own policies. Links to LinkedIn, Upwork, and other external services open websites governed by their own privacy practices.

The website application does not conduct cross-site advertising tracking, whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. No optional advertising-cookie categories are currently enabled in the application. We will update this notice and provide appropriate choices before adding optional tracking.

Retention and security

Inquiry and business correspondence retention depends on the status of the discussion, any resulting engagement, and applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. Demo access expires after seven days; this does not automatically erase its server records or uploaded images. While your session is active, “Delete my workspace” removes its records and images from the live application. If you no longer have access, contact us to discuss identifying and removing information you supplied. Security logs and any provider-managed recovery copies may follow separate retention periods. Do not use the demonstrations as permanent storage.

We use access checks, encrypted connections, input validation, and other technical measures to protect the website. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been exposed, contact us without sending additional sensitive data.

Your requests

You may ask to review or correct personal information held about you and request its deletion or restrictions on its use, subject to the rights and exceptions applicable to your location and the records involved. Email itzhak@methodspire.com, preferably from the address used for your inquiry, and include your submission reference if available. We may need proportionate information to verify the request; do not send identity documents unless we agree on a suitable method. You may also contact the privacy authority applicable to you.

Scope and updates

This notice covers the public Methodspire website and its demonstrations. Data processing for paid client projects is addressed in the applicable project agreement. The website is intended for business users, not children. Changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated date.
