When bookings, courses, customer conversations and payments live in separate tools, your people become the integration layer. This project brings those workflows into one operational system, with business rules that connect the next action to the right information.

A strong fit for: Organizations coordinating hospitality, training programs, customer relationships and finance across several departments.

The business challenge

Running hospitality, an academy and customer operations across disconnected tools makes every handoff harder. The project required one operational system that could reflect the rules of each department while keeping shared information consistent.

My responsibility

I specified, designed and implemented the system on Origami, translating requirements across four business domains into connected workflows, validation rules and reporting.

How the system fits together

Simplified workflow illustrating the delivered capabilities.

  1. Bookings & inquiries
  2. Business rules
  3. Shared operations
  4. Finance & reporting

What I built

Operational control

Room and classroom allocation with real-time conflict checks, an occupancy Gantt and automatic room blocking for maintenance faults.

Course administration

Course-cycle management, teacher-training credit rules, schedule-change notifications and certificates gated by outstanding balances.

Connected communications

A unified WhatsApp, email and SMS timeline, with duplicate checks and AI-assisted language detection, sentiment analysis and triage.

Finance and visibility

Tranzila card and Bit payments with duplicate prevention, accounting exports, profitability reporting and executive dashboards.

ARCHITECTURE & IMPLEMENTATION

The technology, and the work behind it.

How the documented stack supports the business workflow, from the application layer to integrations and operational controls.

Operations foundation

Origami CRM · Entities · Automation rules · Web forms

The platform models hospitality, academy, CRM and finance as connected business domains. Parent-child room and classroom partitions and real-time conflict validation make the data model reflect how physical spaces are actually used. A drag-and-drop occupancy Gantt covers 47 rooms, with automatic blocking when maintenance faults affect availability.

Program management

Origami workflows · Notifications · PDF certificates

A syllabus catalog is separated from individual course cycles. Teacher-training credit rules, break-even alerts 10–14 days before a course opens and schedule-change notices support daily administration. Certificate generation checks outstanding balances before issuing a PDF.

Customer communications

WhatsApp Business API · Email · SMS · AI triage

A shared communication timeline connects conversations to customer records. Hard duplicate checks, fuzzy name matching and passport-keyed Excel imports address record quality. AI language detection, sentiment analysis and triage add context to incoming communications.

Payments and accounting

Tranzila API · Bit · Hashavshevet interface · REST / JSON

Card and Bit payments include dual-match duplicate prevention and dynamic VAT logic. Hierarchical exports support direct import into Hashavshevet, connecting operational activity with the accounting workflow.

Management visibility

BI dashboards · Webhooks · Exception and approval workflows

Course profitability, occupancy, NPS and cash-flow forecasting are surfaced through executive reporting. Exception logs, red-flag alerts, discount approvals and SLA alerts make operational issues visible alongside routine work.

Follow the workflow

An illustrative walkthrough of the capabilities described in this project.

  1. A booking or course activity is recorded against the relevant rooms, people and financial records. Availability and business rules are checked within the workflow.
  2. Communication, schedule changes and payment activity remain connected to the operation. Exceptions can trigger alerts or approval rather than disappearing into a separate spreadsheet.
  3. Management can review operational and financial information together, while accounting receives a structured export.

The engineering behind the result

The important work was translating business rules into enforceable behavior: prevent booking conflicts, avoid duplicate payments and keep finance connected to operations.

What this enables

The delivered system brings operational actions and financial context together. Teams can work from shared records instead of treating every department as a separate island.

BUILD A SYSTEM AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Your workflow could be the next case study.

Your business does not need another isolated dashboard. It needs a system that reflects how work moves between departments. I can help define those rules, connect the tools and implement the workflows your team uses every day.

Tell me which departments share information, which tools they use and where work gets copied or delayed. We can identify the first connected workflow worth delivering.
